Buyer Postings
1. Real Estate Brokers submitting property must be the exclusive agent. The Leon R. Miller Co. shall be acting as subagent to the listing broker.

2. Sellers who want their property submitted to a buyer on the list must sign a "one party" listing agreement with the Leon R. Miller Co. before the property can be submitted to buyer(s). The Leon R. Miller Co. will be acting as an agent for the seller.
